Northwest Funds Group, Inc. serves its clients with confidentiality in the forefront of our processes.  We hold ourselves, and the buyers, to all aspects of confidentiality.  We take every precaution to protect you, the seller.

    Text Box: con•fi•den•tial – adjective.  spoken, written, acted on, etc., in strict privacy or secrecy; secret: a confidential remark. Having another's trust or confidence; entrusted with secrets or private affairs.     

Our process always excludes the company’s name, its location, the owners/shareholder’s and employee names in both our Executive Overview and Business Review documents.  The Executive Overview is a one-page marketing document describing your business in general terms and shows condensed financial statements.  This document is always attached to our Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement. 

Excerpt from Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement:
In consideration of  Disclosing Party furnishing  proprietary and confidential information regarding the Disclosing Party’s properties, business, business relationships, business plan and financial affairs (the “Confidential Information”), the Prospective Buyer agrees that it will not, without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party, divulge, publish or otherwise disclose or make available to any third party any Confidential Information received from the Disclosing Party, other than to its officers, directors, employees, advisors and prospective lenders and equity participants (the “Representatives”) that have actual need, who shall all be bound by the same covenants, terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

The Prospective Buyer also agrees not to discuss any aspect of this transaction with any employees or customers of the Disclosing Party, and will not contact any of Disclosing Party‘s employees with contract or employment opportunities.

 

The Business Review is a larger document with a brief Overview, and covers Products and/or Services, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Management & Key Employees (by position only) and other information regarding the Company we represent.
